First of all, we just found out - last weekish that Trenton has been accepted into the Masters of Accountancy program here at BYU - YAY! So we will be here for another 2 years, and then we will most likely end up in the Northwest where both of our families are from. I knew he would get in! He's such a smarty! Congratulations Trenton!
This weekend we were able to drive down to Springdale, the last town on the southrim of Zion National Park - where my Grandparents and some other family live. It was fun to visit with family and to spend a few hours in the park. It was a quick visit, but it was time well spent!
On our way home we stopped in St. George to get some In N Out before we headed back to Provo. That's right IN N OUT is now in UTAH!! Woo hoo!! I'm hoping they move up to Provo. Trenton and I were thinking about running an In N Out in Provo but we realized that there were probably tons of people who already have thought of that idea but it's probably much harder than it seems. I couldn't believe how busy it was - the one in St. George - and i think one in Provo would be even busier.
Also - we got our first letter from BJ today and it was brief but it was good to hear from him! He has his email address set up now, so we can communicate more immediately which will be nice. He said he'll be sending some pictures, so perhaps when we get those I will post a few.
Clean house update : I have missed weeks -- not just days -- but weeks of keeping up on everything so now we get to start over. BUT we are getting better at doing the scripture study and praying together, which is something that we haven't been super good at before.
One thing at a time!
Oh, I also secretly like western music. Like, not country music, but like, yodeling, fiddling singing about water flowing and dogs howling, western music.
